How long will it take to receive an order? top

My custom items are created after I receive payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks* for me to complete them and have them ready for shipping; then they will be shipped first class. I complete items in the order that they are received. If you are in a hurry, you can pay a rush fee of $10. This bumps your item to first in line, guarantees that it will be ready for shipping in 3-5 days, and upgrades your shipping to priority. Please convo me if you are interested and I will update the listing for you to include this fee. Also, please check the announcement on my shop home page for additional wait times.

*1-2 weeks means 5-10 business days. Sometimes I'm closer to the 5 days, and sometimes I'm closer to 10 days, or right at 10 business days. This happens when I'm really busy. I will get your order out by then, but if you think it would be unreasonable to wait 10 business days for me to get in the mail, please reconsider your order. I do orders in the order that I receive them (unless a RUSH fee has been paid), regardless of whether it's one bib or a very large order. Please keep in mind that I will not accept RUSH orders if it will interfere with getting my regular orders out within those time frames.

Will I be contacted about my order? top

I contact my buyers only if there is a problem question with their order. If you have placed an order with me and have not heard from me, assume that everything is fine and on schedule.

Can I change the thread colors, fabric colors, or font? top

If you would like to make changes with the font, colors, or fabric, please contact me. 

What "size" are the bibs? top

The bibs I use will fit most babies and toddlers from 2 months to 2 years. They are not newborn bibs and they will be slightly big for a newborn.

Can I ship items to a different address? top

I don’t mind sending orders to an address that is not your own. For your protection and mine, please put the recipient’s address in the address section at checkout.

Will you include a gift message? top

Yes, I can include a gift note. Please put what you want the message to say in the comments section. I will copy and paste what you write, put it in a pretty font and print it on a piece of paper to include it with your gift.

Do you combine shipping? top

Yes! Shipping costs will be combined automatically when individual listings are added to your cart and purchased in the same transaction.
